Gourmet Galley

A warm winters afternoon was spent on the deck of Ocean Club at Coral Sea Marina for the first Coral Sea Academy – Gourmet Galley event. Owner of Whitsunday restaurant, Fish D’Vine and local celebrity Kev Collins was on hand to show guests how to make a delicious meal in your galley from some really simple ingredients.
